How can you contribute?
- Assume overall responsibility for the foodservice business across the DACH region
- Further develop the sales organisation and drive commercial excellence
- Take responsibility for revenue, profitability, budgets and market growth
- Develop and implement the regional business plan
- Manage and expand strategic key accounts
- Acquire new customers across foodservice, chain restaurants and wholesale
- Manage forecasting, sales planning and the sales pipeline
- Analyse market, customer and competitor developments
- Lead and develop the sales and sales support teams
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and international stakeholders
What do you bring to the role?
- A degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of sales experience within the food industry
- In-depth knowledge of the foodservice and out-of-home markets
- Experience in a senior or deputy sales leadership position
- A proven track record in key account development and new business acquisition
- Experience working with foodservice chains, large-scale catering customers or wholesale partners
- Strong leadership skills and a genuine interest in developing team members
- An entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial and numerical acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a confident and professional manner
- Business-fluent German and English, as well as a willingness to travel
